In December 2025, the number of 2 948 building permits was issued, presenting the increase of 10.8% when compared to December 2024. Out of the total number of permits issued in December 2025, 83.4% related to buildings, and 16.6% to civil engineering constructions. When only buildings are concerned, 83.7% of permits related to residential buildings, and 16.3% to non–residential ones, while regarding civil engineering constructions the largest number related to pipelines, communication and electric power lines (73.7%).
