In October 2024, the number of 3 617 building permits was issued, presenting the decrease of 4.0% when compared to October 2023. Out of the total number of permits issued in October 2024, 86.7% related to buildings, and 13.3% to civil engineering constructions. When only buildings are concerned, 87.3% of permits related to residential buildings, and 12.7% to non–residential ones, while regarding civil engineering constructions the largest number related to pipelines, communication and electric power lines (73.2%).
