In February 2025, the number of 1 817 building permits was issued, presenting the increase of 1.1% when compared to February 2024. Out of the total number of permits issued in February 2025, 82.8% related to buildings, and 17.2% to civil engineering constructions. When only buildings are concerned, 81.2% of permits related to residential buildings, and 18.8% to non–residential ones, while regarding civil engineering constructions the largest number related to pipelines, communication and electric power lines (73.2%).
