The statistics on issued building permits provide data on total number of issued building permits, the estimated value of works according to issued permits, issued building permits for buildings, as well as the number and useful floor area of the dwellings according to the issued permits. Included are construction permits for construction of buildings and a solution approving the execution of works.

15. September 2026. Issued building permits, July 2026

In July 2026, the number of 2 751 building permits was issued, presenting the increase of 8.6% when compared to July 2025. Out of the total number of permits issued in July 2026, 83.6% related to buildings, and 16.4% to civil engineering constructions. When only buildings are concerned, 82.0% of permits related to residential buildings, and 18.0% to non–residential ones, while regarding civil engineering constructions the largest number related to pipelines, communication and electric power lines (73.6%).
