In the Republic of Serbia in 2025, a total of 11 566 book and brochure titles were published, representing a 10,6% decrease compared to the previous year.
The greatest number of published books and brochures related to the area of linguistics, philology and literature – 46.2%, then to the area of social sciences – 25.0%.
83.8% of books and brochures were published in Serbian language, while editions in other languages and multilingual editions encompassed 16.2%.
