In Italian National Institute for Statistics (ISTAT) the workshop International collaboration and metadata system: the Serbian case was held, where concept of integrated system for data processing is presented. The concept is initially developed in Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia (SORS) and after while implemented in several others statistical offices in the region. Also, it was presented resent developments of Istat’s metadata system.
