The international gathering dedicated to demographic projections will be held from November 25^th to November 27^th in the "Serbia" hall at the Palace of Serbia (2a Mihajla Pupina Boulevard).

This year, the hosts are the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, the Cabinet of Minister without portfolio in charge of demography and population policy, and the Centre for Demographic Research at the Institute of Social Sciences.

This international gathering, organized by UNECE and Eurostat since 1994, is one of a series devoted to demographic projections. The aim of the meeting is to bring together experts dealing with this issue (from national statistical institutes, universities, other international organizations, as well as demographic researchers and users of demographic projections) so as to exchange experiences and discuss challenges and the latest methodological solutions.
