Аlmost a half of the enterprises in the Republic of Serbia (49.2%) conducts some form of continuing vocational training of its employees, while 40.8% of enterprises participates in CVTS courses.

Observed by the sex of participants in trainings in all enterprises that conduct courses, women are more represented (40%) than men (35%). Women are also at the forefront when viewed according to individual groups of activities and size of the enterprise.

The average cost of CVTS courses in enterprises conducting trainings is EUR 45 per employee.
