Within the framework of the Free Trade Agreement between the EFTA and the Southern African Customs Union (SACU), the EFTA Statistical Office organized an IT sector review with the Namibia Statistics Agency. 

The expert panel consisted of experts from EFTA Statistical Office, Statistics Norway and the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia.

The sector review covered topics including IT security, hardware and software infrastructure, data management, collection and processing, and dissemination of official statistics with a focus on production of trade statistics.
