Branko Josipović, acting director of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia (SORS) and Tatjana Macura, minister without portfolio, in charge of the field of gender equality, prevention of violence against women and economic and political empowerment of women, held a meeting on July 4, 2024, where cooperation in the field of gender equality was agreed upon.

After that, the minister held a short meeting with representatives of SORS and the UN Agency for Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women (UN Women) in connection with the creation of a new Gender Equality Index for the Republic of Serbia.
