The Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia releases the publication "Time Use in the Republic of Serbia, 2021/2022", which was prepared based on the data from the Time Use Survey (TUS). The survey was conducted in the territory of the Republic of Serbia and lasted one year, from 5 April 2021 to the end of April 2022.

The primary objective of the TUS is to provide information on how the residents of the Republic of Serbia spend their time over a 24-hour period.

The importance of this survey is that data indicate the differences in time use of different population groups and categories. Most notably, it reveals the differences in the activities and workloads of women and men, particularly relating to paid work and unpaid household activities.
